the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold released granted
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do bargain sell release grant
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever all those certain sections lots or parcels of Land situate lying
& being in the County of Alachua in said State of Florida and described as
follows; viz: Section Thirty five (35) Township Eleven (11) Range Twenty one (21) contain-
ing Six hundred and forty acres (640) Section one (1) in Township Twelve
(12) Range Twenty one (21) containing Six hundred and forty acres Section
Six (6) in Township Twelve (12) Range Twenty two (22) containing
Five hundred and Eighteen (518) acres section Thirty one (31) in
Township Eleven (11) in Range Twenty two (22) containing five hundred
and twenty (520) acres of land or land under water to the said dimensions
more or less and other lands or interests in land in said property to which we may
be entitled to the same extent in case of any error or informality of
the description in said decree as has we are told sometimes occurred by
reason of the careless printing thereof, our intent being and the power herein given
extended to the sale of all our remaining interests in the premises, Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and all of the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in Equity
of the said parties of the first part in and to the above described premises
and every part and parcel thereof. To Have and To Hold the above granted
bargained and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his own proper
use benefit and behoof forever. And the said parties of the first part
for their heirs executors & administrators do hereby covenant with the
party of the second part his heirs and assigns that at the time of the
delivery hereof the said parties of the first part were the lawful
owners of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple
absolute; that they are free from all incumbrances that the said parties
of the first part have good right to sell and convey the same to the
said party of the second part aforesaid and that the said parties of
the first part their heirs executors and administrators the above described
and hereby granted and conveyed premises and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs & assigns against the said parties of the first part
and their heirs and against all and every person and persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and will warrant
