City & County of New York } Know all men by these presents
that we Sarah J. Taylor wife of Humas Gibbons Taylor and
Martha J. Taylor wife of William H. Taylor
Grantors in the foregoing Deed conveying real Estate for and
in Consideration of the premises in said Deed mentioned and
of One Dollar to us in hand paid by Theodorus Bailey
Myers, Grantee in said Deed mentioned the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged have remised released relinquished
renounced and by these presents do remise relinquish release
renounce and for ever quit claim unto the said Theodorus Bailey
Myers all our dower and right of dower in and to the Lands
in the foregoing Deed mentioned and Conveyed to have and
to hold the same unto the said Theodorus Bailey Myers
heirs and assigns for ever. And we do hereby acknowledge
that we do the same freely and Voluntarily and without
any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or from our
said husbands. In witness where of we have here unto
set our hands and seals this Twenty ninenth day of
December AD 1881.

30th day of December in the Year One thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty One before me the undersigned
Edwin F. Corey Jr a Commissioner residing in the City of New
York, duely commissioned and qualified by the executive
authority and under the Laws of the State of Florida.
To the acknowledgement of deeds &C to be used or recorded
there in personally appeared William H. Taylor and
Martha J. Taylor his wife and William O. Ewen to me well
known to be the persons in and who executed the foregoing
instrument by them and sealed and subscribed and the said
William H. Taylor Martha J. Taylor and William O. Ewen
acknowledges the execution there of to be their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes there in mentioned and the
said William H. Taylor is also known to me to be the attorney
in fact of Thomas Gibson Taylor Sarah J. Taylor and
Louis Taylor Ewen the persons described in and who executed
the said instrument the said Sarah J. Taylor was described
in and executing the foregoing relinquishment of Dower by their
said Attorney and said William H. Taylor further ackn-
-owledged to me that he released subscribed and
executed the said instrument and relinquishment
