Martha J. Taylor wife of said William H. Taylor upon
an examination by me held separate and a part from
her said husband acknowledged that she did make
sign and seal the foregoing renunciation relinquish-
-ment and acknowledgement freely Voluntarily and without
any Compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband. In witness whereof I have here unto

This Indenture made this thirteenth day of

Between James Beattie and G.C. Beattie his wife
of the first part and Louis A. Barnes and John H.
Park of the second part, all of the County of Alachua
State of Florida. Witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Five thousand Dollars to them in hand
paid by the parties of the second part the receipt
where of is hereby acknowledged do by these presents
