Township 9 Range 17 and Together containing two hundred
and two 21/100 Acres. South half of North East quarter of section
(x in left margin) No. 30. Township 9. Range 18. containing seventy nine 85/100
acres. And west half of North west quarter of section no. 5
township 10 Range 18 Containing Eighty Acres the whole
making Eleven hundred and Ninety Eight 56/00 Acres.
Together with all the privileges thereto in any wise
appertaining. To have and to hold the above granted premises
to the said Louis A. Barnes, and John H. Park, their heirs
and assigns in fee simple. And the said James Beattie
will and his heirs executors and administrators shall The said
property to the said Louis Barnes and John H. Park their
heirs executors and administrators forever warrant and defend
against the lawful demands of all persons what ever.

privy examination of G.C. Beattie separate and a part
from her husband where upon she acknowledged that she
executed the foregoing deed of Conveyance of her own free will
and choice and without fear Compulsion or Constraint of her
husband the said James Beattie and she does voluntarily
assent there to and relinquish all her right of dower in the property
conveyed
