and purposes therein Contained and expressed and that 
he together with C.H. Taylor signed the same as
subscribing witnesses thereto and further that he was
a Justice of the Peace in and for Alachua County at
that time and that the said Geraldine Beattie
came before him separate and a part from her husband
James Beattie. And that she the said Geraldine Beattie
did then and there voluntarily release and relinquish
all her right of Dower in and to the premises described
in said Deed and that the same was done freely
and voluntarily and without any Compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
Sworn to and subscribed before me this

This Indenture made and entered into on this 21st day
of December AD 1882. By and between N.D. Phillips
and his wife K.J. Phillips of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida William M. Jordan and wife
Minnie R. Jordan of the County of Elmore State of
Alabama and William H. Mixon Junior and his
wife Susie E. Mixon of the City of Montgomery
State of Alabama parties of the first part and Julia
A. Judd of the County of Alachua & State of
Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of    to them Cash in hand paid at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged Have gran-
-ted bargained sold and Conveyed and do by these
presents grant bargain sell Convey and Confirm unto
her the said party of the second part and to their
heirs and assigns The following described real Es-
-tate To Wit All that certain lot tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida and known and described
as follows To wit that part or subdivision of
Lot number <78> Seventy Eight being a part of the
Leitner tract of land. And that portion as a
foresaid of said Lot number <78> seventy Eight
Commencing at the South East Corner of said Lot no <78>
