Julia Durrance to Moses Freyermuth
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Julia F.
Alachua County   } Durrance being a Child of Moses Freyermuth by his
first Frances Freyermuth and an heir at Law of said Moses Freyermuth
for and in consideration of the facts that Moses Freyermuth and
Lucinda Freyermuth have made and executed to her the said Julia
F. Durrance therefore know all men by these presents that I the aforesaid
Grantor have granted bargained sold aliened and quit claimed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien convey and forever quit claim
unto the said Moses Freyermuth and Lucinda Freyermuth their other heirs
and assigns all my right title interest claim and demand in and to
all and singular the personal and real estate now possessed owned or
claimed by or hereafter in the future to be possessed owned & claimed by
them the said Moses Freyermuth and Lucinda Freyermuth hereby acknowledge
the receipt of her distributors share in the Estate of Moses Freyermuth
either in the personal or real property as aforesaid to have and to
hold the same unto the said Moses Freyermuth and Lucinda
Freyermuth and their other heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute
forever. In Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this the 21st day of December AD 1882

County of Polk     }  On this 21st day of December AD 1882 before me
W. H. Johnson a Justice of the Peace in and for the County and State
aforesaid personally appeared Julia F. Durrance to me known to be
the person described in and who executed the foregoing instrument
and acknowledged the execution thereof to be her free act and deed
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. Witness my hand and
seal this 21st day of December AD 1882

Mickle and Joseph Mickle her husband Benjamin Freyermuth
and Mary S. Freyermuth his wife Elizabeth Williamson and
William Williamson her husband and John Carter the said
Mary Smith Martha Mickle Benjamin Freyermuth Elizabeth
Williamson being children of Moses Freyermuth by his first wife
Frances Freyermuth and the said John Carter being a Son of
