Lethia Ann Carter who also was the Daughter of Moses Freyermuth and
the said John Carter being her only living Child and heir at Law and all
being heirs at Law of said Moses Freyermuth for and in Consideration of the
fact that Moses Freyermuth and Lucinda Freyermuth has made and executed
to each of said above heirs at Law a deed to one lot for each of them to wit
to Mary Smith Lot One (1) To Martha Mickle Lot Two (2) To Benjamin Freyermuth
Lot Three (3) To Elizabeth Williamson Lot Four (4) To John Carter Lot Five
(5) all of said Lots lying and being in the South West Quarter of
Lot Eleven (11) of the Moses E. Levy Grant as is shown by a map of said
Lots (1) (2) (3) (4) and (5) made by James Croxton CE which map is
duly recorded in Deed Book "N" at page (916) reference to the same
being had will more fully show. Therefore know all men by these
presents that we the aforesaid Grantors have granted bargained sold
aliened and quit claimed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien convey and forever quit claim unto the said Moses Freyermuth
and Lucinda Freyermuth their other heirs and assigns all of our
right title interest claim and demand in and to all and singular
the personal and real estate now possessed owned and claimed by or
hereinafter in the future to be possessed owned claimed by them the
said Moses Freyermuth hereby acknowledging the receipt of said Lots as
our and each of our distributive Shares in the said Estate of Moses
Freyermuth either in the personal or Real property as aforesaid
To have and to hold the same unto the said Moses Freyermuth
and Lucinda Freyermuth and their other heirs and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this the 30th day of
December AD 1882
