Alachua County   }   I hereby certify that on this the first day of
January AD 1883 before me personally came Mary S. Freyermuth wife of
Benjamin Freyermuth who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her husband says and acknowledges
that she signed the foregoing deed for the purposes of releasing relinquish-
ing and renouncing all her dower and right of Dower in and to the lands
referred to in said deed and that she did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion or fear of or from her said husband

    Moses Freyermuth to Martha Mickle
                 "Deed"
State of Florida  }  Know all men by these presents that we
Alachua County    }  Moses Freyermuth and Lucinda Freyermuth his
wife of the State and County aforesaid for and in consideration of
the natural love and affection which we have for Martha Mickle
the wife of Joseph Mickle and the Daughter of Moses Freyermuth
have given granted bargained and sold and by these presents do
give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Martha Mickle
her heirs and assigns the following described piece parcel or tract
of land to wit: Lot Two (2) of the South West Quarter of Lot Eleven
(11) of the Moses E. Levy Grant as is shown by a map or plat of the
