Moses Freyermuth to Benjamin Freyermuth
                        "Deed"
State of Florida   }  Know all men by these presents that we Moses
Alachua County     }  Freyermuth and Lucinda Freyermuth of the State and
County aforesaid for and in consideration of the natural love and
affection which we have for Benjamin Freyermuth have granted given
bargained and sold and by these presents do give grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Benjamin Freyermuth his heirs and
assigns the following described piece parcel or tract of land to wit
Lot Three (3) of the South West Quarter of Lot Eleven (11) of the
Moses E. Levy Grant as is shown by a map or plat of said South
West Quarter of said Lot Eleven (11) of the Moses E. Levy Grant made by
James Croxton C.E. which map is duly recorded in deed book "N" at
page (916) reference being made to the same will fully show and
containing by estimation Seventy four (74) acres more or less To
Have and to hold the same together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto
the said Benjamin Freyermuth his heirs and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals on this 19th day of December

Alachua County     }  I hereby certify that on this the 19th day
of December 1882 before me personally came Lucinda Freyermuth wife
of Moses Freyermuth who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband says and
acknowledges before me that she signed the foregoing deed of
conveyance for the purpose of renouncing releasing and relinquishing
all her dower and right of dower in and to the lands in said deed
described and that she did the same freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband
