Moses Freyermuth to Mary Smith
"Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
we Moses Freyermuth and Lucinda Freyermuth of the State
and County aforesaid for and in consideration of the natural
love and affection which we have for our daughter Mary Smith
the wife of Monroe Smith have granted bargained and
sold and by these presents do give grant bargain sell and
Convey unto the said Mary Smith her heirs and assigns
the following described piece parcel or tract of land to wit
Lot One (1) of the South West quarter of lot Eleven (11) of the
Moses E. Levy grant as is shown on a map or plat of the
south west quarter of said Lot Eleven (11) of the Moses E. Levy
grant made by James Croxton C.E. which map is duly
recorded in Deed Book "N" at Page 916 Reference to the
same being made will freely show and Containing by Estimation
Eighty Eight (88) acres more or Less. To have and to hold the
same together with all and singular the tenements and
appurtenances to the same belonging to the said Mary Smith
her heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute
In witness where of we have here unto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this 19th day of December AD 1882

County of Alachua } I hereby certify that on this 19th
day of December AD 1882 before me personally came
Lucinda Freyermuth wife of Moses Freyermuth the grantor
in the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and a part from her said husband
says and acknowledges before me that she signed the said Deed
of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing renouncing and
relinquishing all the dower and right of dower in and to
the Lands in said Deed described and that she did the
same freely and Voluntarily and without any Compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
