free and clear of all encumbrances including taxes Judgements
assessments or liens of any description what so ever.
Together with all the improvements ways easements rights privileges
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
and all the remainders reversions rents issues and profits there of
and all the Estate Right title interest claim and demand
either at law or in Equity or otherwise However of the said party
of the first part of in or to or out of the said pieces or parcels
of ground and premises. To have and to hold the said pieces
or parcels of ground and premises and appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns. To his and their sole
use benefit and behoof for ever. And the said party of the
first part Executrix for self and her heirs executors and
administrators does hereby Covenant promise and agree to and
with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that she the said party of the first part, and her heirs shall
agree as will warrant and for ever defend the said pieces or parcels
of ground and premises and appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns from and against
the claims of all persons claiming or to claim the same or
any part there of by from under or through her them or either
of them. And further that she the said party of the first part
and her heirs shall and will at any and at all times here after
upon the request and the Cost of the said party of the second
part his heirs or assigns make and execute all such other
deed or deeds or other assurances in Law for the more
certain and Effectual Conveyance of the said pieces or
parcels of ground and premises and appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns
as the party of the second part his heirs or assigns or his or their
Counsel learned in the Law shall advise devise or require
