Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
we John M. Taylor and Mrs. Sarah C. Taylor his wife of
the aforesaid County and state for and in consideration
of the sum of six hundred and fifty dollars to them
in hand paid by P.M. Oliver of the County of Alachua
in the state of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby ac-
knowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said P.M. Oliver all of that certain lot piece
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the state of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: The East half
of lot nineteen according to plat of the same made
by Wm C. Miller Land Surveyor situated in fractional
section sixteen (16) T ten (10) S. R. Twenty (20) E. commencing
at the South East corner of said section sixteen (16) and run-
ning North along the Eastern Boundary line of said Section;
Twenty (20) chains to a stake thence West ten (10) chains to a
stake thence South Twenty (20) chains to a stake on the South-
ern boundary line of said section; thence** East along the South-
ern boundary line of said section; Ten (10) chains to the place
of beginning. Containing Twenty (20) acres more or less
containing by estimation Twenty acres more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise apper-
taining. To have and to hold the same unto him the said
P.M. Oliver and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple absolute. And we the said
John M. Taylor and Sarah C. Taylor do hereby covenant
