  Henry Jackson To Letty Jackson
               "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I
Alachua County   } Henry Jackson of the Town of Gainesville of
the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of ($250.00)Two hundred and fifty Dollars to me in
hand paid by Letty Jackson of the Town of Gainesville of the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and 
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
convey unto her the said Letty Jackson all of that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows, to wit: and more particularly
described as the South half of Block Number (2) two of the North
West quarter of section five (5) Township (10) Ten South Range (20)
E Twenty East in Browns addition to the Town of Gainesville
containing five acres more or less being the one half of the Lot of
land conveyed by J.B. Brown & Martha B. Brown his wife
to Henry Jackson under date of the first of July 1879 and recorded on
page 119 Deed Book L records of Alachua County containing by
estimation Five acres of land more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have
and to Hold the same unto her the said Lettie Jackson
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute forever and I the said Henry Jackson do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Letty Jackson that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and
hereby conveyed and that I have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and
any heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto her the said Letty Jackson
and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns
