bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns against all and
every person or persons lawfully claiming the whole or any part thereof
they will forever warrant and defend except as above provided. In Witness

renouncing and relinquishing all and every dower and right of
