State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this the
County of Alachua } First day of January In the year of our Lord
One thousand eight hundred and Eighty three Between Robert
Perry of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the
First part and Sarah R. Barnes of the same County and State party
of the second part Witnesseth that the party of the First part for
and in consideration of the sum of (109.00) one hundred and nine
dollars to him in hand paid by the party of the second part
the receipt whereof he hereby acknowledges has this day
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents doth
bargain sell and convey unto the party of the second part and to
her heirs and assigns in fee simple absolute forever all of that
certain lot tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being in the
County of Alachua aforesaid and more particularly known and described
