and with the intention therein expressed for the purpose of conveying
the land therein described to Sarah R. Barnes the Grantee in Said deed

Perry wife of Robert Perry the grantor in the foregoing deed
of conveyance have this day in consideration of the
sum of Five dollars to me paid by Sarah R. Barnes
the Grantee in said conveyance Released Relinquished and
quit claimed unto the said Sarah R. Barnes and her
heirs and assigns all of my dower and right of dower in and
to the premises described in said conveyance

voluntarily and without any fear apprehension or constraint of or from her
said Husband
