This Indenture made the seventh day of January Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and seventy nine between Donald McRae
of the City of Wilmington County of New Hanover and
State of North Carolina unmarried party of the first
part and Mary M. Graham wife of John M. Graham
of the town of prevail Carmel County of and State of Illinois
party of the second part Witness that the said party of
the first part for and in Consideration of the sum of Fifty
Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part The receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath given
granted aliened bargained sold transferred And do by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and Convey
unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs and
assigns for ever all that certain lot tract or parcel of Land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua and the State
of Florida and Known and described on the public
maps and records of said state As the North East quarter
of the North West quarter of section twenty seven in township
