who soever as well in Law as in Equity of the said
party of the first part of in and to the same with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said proper
-ty in fee simple for ever. And the said Donald McRae
for himself and for all others Claiming by through or under
him does Covenant and agree that he is seized in fee
simple of a good and indefeasable Estate in and to
the above described premises by deed from the trustees
of the Florida Railroad Company dated June 12th AD
1867. And that he has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any
and every nature and description created by him
-self And that the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whom soever Lawfully claiming by through or under
him the said party of the first part.
In testimony where of the said party of the first part
has here unto affixed his hand and seal this the day
and year above written }

before me Donald MacRae to me well known
as the person described in and who executed the fore
going deed of Conveyance and acknowledged that he
executed the same for the purpose there in expressed
where upon it is prayed that the same may be

of January 1879.

                             "Deed"
This Indenture made this Thirteenth day of
December In the Year of Our Lord One thousand
Eight hundred and Eighty two. By and between Charles
A. McEwen of the City of Washington in the District
of Columbia of the first part and James F. Graham
of Falls Church Fairfax County Virginia of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
the Consideration of Four hundred Dollars ($40000)
of Lawful money of the United States to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part
