at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt where of is hereby acknowledged Hath granted
bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released and conveyed and
doth by these presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release
and Convey unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns for ever All that certain tract or parcel
of land situated and lying in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and Known designated and described upon the
map or public surveys of said State as all of the west
half of section nineteen 19 in township Eleven (11) south Range
Eighteen (18) East Containing Three hundred and twenty Acres
Together with all the improvements ways easements rights privileges
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
and all remainders reversions rents issues and profits there of and all
the Estate right title interest claim and demand Either at Law
or in Equity or otherwise however of the said party of the first
part of in to or out of the said piece or parcel of ground
and premises. To have and to hold the same piece or parcel
of ground and premises and appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his and their
sole use benefit and behoof for ever. And the said party of the
first part for himself and for his heirs executors and administra-
tors doth hereby Covenant promise and agree to and with
the party of the second part his heirs and assigns that he
the party of the first part and his heirs shall and will
warrant and for ever defend the same piece or parcel of
ground and premises and appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns from and
against the claim of all persons claiming or to claim the same
or any part there of by from under or through him them or either
of them. And further that he the said party of the first
part and his heirs shall and will at any and at all times hereafter
upon the request and the Cash of said party of the second part
his heirs or assigns make and execute all such other deed or
deeds or other assurances in Law for the more certain and
Effectual Conveyance of the said piece or parcel of ground and
premises and appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs or assigns. As the party of the second part his heirs or assigns
