McEwen part to a certain deed bearing deed on the
Thirteenth day of December AD 1882 and hereto annexed person-
-ally appeared before me in the County aforesaid the said
Charles A. McEwen being personally well known to me
to be the person who executed the said deed and ackn-
-owledged the same to be his act and deed.

Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents that I
B.S. Foster of the aforesaid State and County for and in
Consideration of the sum of Three hundred & seventy 53/00 $370.53
Dollars to me in hand paid by M. M. McIntosh of
the County of Leon in the state of Florida the receipt where
of I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
Conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and
Convey unto him the said M. M. McIntosh All of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of Land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit Lot
Eight (8) in Thomas Napier One thousand Acre grant as
shown by maps of said grant Now on file in the clerks
office of Alachua County Florida said grant being
situated in T. 10 S. Range 19 & 20 East said Lot (8) containing
by estimation forty Acres of Land more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold
the same unto him the said M. M. McIntosh and to 
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute And I the said B.S. Foster Do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said M. M. McIntosh that I
am Lawfully seized in fee of the property here in and
