hereby Conveyed. And that I have good and lawful
right to sell and Convey the same, that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind what so ever and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
M. M. McIntosh and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns against the Lawful claims and demands of
any and all person's whom so ever now claiming or here after
to claim the same.

State of Georgia   }  Know all men by these presents that
Chatham County     }  Zachariah Falk and E.L. Falk of the
aforesaid county and State for and in consideration of the sum
of Two hundred and Seventy five dollars to me in hand paid by
H.W. Rich of the County of Hall in the State of Georgia the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
