and Thirteen all in Block Four and Range Two of an eastern
addition to the said Town of Gainesville as surveyed by Joseph 
Voyle and properly known as the Doig S. Robertson addition to the
Town of Gainesville all of said lands being in the county of Alachua
and State of Florida. Together with all and singular The tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and to hold the same unto him the said
H.W. Rich and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute and we the said Zachariah Falk and E.L.
Falk do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said H.W. Rich that
we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him
the said H.W. Rich and his heirs executors and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim same In
Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hand and affixed
our seals on this 20th day of January AD 1883

appeared before me a commissioner duly appointed and authorized by
the executive authority of the state of Florida under the laws of said
State to take within the state of Georgia proof and acknow-
lodgment of deeds etc to be issued and recorded in said State of
Florida Zachariah Falk and E.L. Falk to me well known to
be the persons who executed the with in deed by them sealed and
subscribed and the said Zachariah Falk and E.L. Falk acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my official seal in Savannah in the county
of Chatham and State of Georgia this twentieth day of January
