the persons described in and who executed the with in deed of
conveyance did this day to me on a private examination made Separately
and apart from her said husband acknowledge and declare that
she made herself a party to and executed the same for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing all and every dower
and right of dower in and to all the lands in said conveyance
described and that the same was done by her freely and voluntarily
and with out any constraint apprehension of or from her said husband
the said Zachariah Falk. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my official seal in Savannah
in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia this 20th
day of January in the year Eighteen hundred and Eighty three

        Charles W. Brush to Hiram Johnson
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made this ninth day of January AD one thous-
and Eight hundred and Eighty three between Charles W.
Brush and Julia A. Van Nees the only surviving heirs at Law
and devisees of Nehemiah Brush deceased parties of the first
part and Hiram Johnson of Alachua County and State of Florida
party of the second part Witnesseth that in consideration of the
sum of <$2560#> Two thousand five hundred and Sixty Dollars 
paid by the said party of the second part to the said parties of the
first part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said
parties of the first part do hereby grant bargain sell assign transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns all that certain piece or parcel of land situate and
lying in Alachua County and State of Florida and described as follows
that is to say Seven (7) and Eighteen (18) in Township nine (9) in
Range twenty (20) containing together twelve hundred and Sixty six
acres and forty one hundredths of an acre of land  be the same more
or less (1266 44/100) Being part of the grant of land known as the
"Arredondo Grant" and which by decree of the Circuit Court of
St. John's County in said State of Florida in the case of Brush
and others against Prall and others dated August 11, 1849 and
duly recorded in said Alachua County was adjudged and set over
to the heirs at law and devisees of the said Nehemiah Brush deceased
Together with all and singular the estate right title interest claim
and demand which the parties hereto of the first part have in and
to the same. To Have and to Hold the said described piece or
parcel of land with the appurtenances unto the said party of the< [SEC7 TWP9 R18] [SEC18 TWP9 R20]/pre>
