these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the party of the
second part His heirs and assigns all that certain tract or parcel of
land lying and situate in the County of Alachua in the State of
Fla known and described as the East half of the South
East quarter of South West quarter of Section eight in Township Eleven
South of Range Eighteen East together with all the tenements hereditaments
rights and privileges in any wise thereto appertaining to have and to
hold to the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall

State of Florida   }  This Indenture made the first day of January AD one
Alachua County     }   thousand eight hundred and eighty three between
John T. Fleming and Mary C. Fleming in the Town of Archer County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and James
D. George of the same Town County and State of the second part
Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of Three Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot Tract or Parcel of land
situate lying and being in the Town of Archer County of
Alachua and State of Florida and known and described
on the official plat of said Town as lot Numbered Four (4)
in Block Numbered Twenty (20) which said lot has a frontage
of and measures Thirty Three (33) feet on Reserve Street which
bounds it on the North West and extends Seventy five (75) feet
