these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the party of the

State of Florida } This Indenture made the first day of January AD one
Alachua County } thousand eight hundred and eighty three between
John T. Fleming and Mary C. Fleming in the Town of Archer County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and James
D. George of the same Town County and State of the second part
Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of Three Hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath given granted aliened bargained sold transferred
and do by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer
