to Helviston Street which bounds it on the South East and
on which it has a frontage of thirty three (33) feet Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and also all the estate right title
interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
as in equity of the said parties of the first part in and to the same
with the appurtenances To Have and to hold the above
described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns as his and
their absolute property in fee simple forever and the said
parties of the first part for themselves and for all others claim-
ing by through or under them does covenant and agree that they
are seized in fee simple of a good and indefeasible estate in and
to the above premises by deed from Mary J. Young and Edward
L. Young July 29th 1881 and that they have conveyed same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description created by them and that the said party
of the second part James D. George his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming by through or
under them the said parties of the first part. In Testimony

affixed their hands and seals the day and year above

known as the wife of John T. Fleming who being examined by
me separate and apart from her said husband acknowledged
before me that she renounced and relinquished all her dower and
right of dower in and to the lands described in the
foregoing deed of conveyance and that she did the same freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said Husband
