following described real estate viz: lot number two (2) of Miller and
Stewarts subdivision of the South West quarter of the North West quarter
of section twenty six (26) of Township Eight (8) South of Range twenty one
(21) East in the County of Alachua and in the State of Florida as recorded
in Deed Book "N" page 736 of the public records of said county and containing
ten (10) acres of land by the same more or less and all the Estate Title and
interest of the said Charles A. Miller and Matilda O. Miller his wife and Archelaus
V. Stewart and Catharine H. Stewart his wife either in law or in Equity of in and
to the said premises Together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the
same belonging and all the rents issues and profits thereof To have and to
hold the same to the only proper use of the said William T. Zeh his
heirs and assigns forever and the said Charles A. Miller and Archelaus V.
Stewart for themselves and for their heirs executors and administrators do
hereby covenant with the said William T. Zeh his heirs and assigns
that they are the true and lawful owners of the said premises and have
full power to convey the same; that the title so conveyed is clear free and
unincumbered And further that they will warrant and defend the same against
all claim or claims of all persons whomsoever In Witness Whereof the
said Charles A. Miller and Archelaus V. Stewart and Matilda O. Miller wife of
said Charles A. Miller and Catharine H. Stewart wife of said Archelaus V.
Stewart who hereby release their right and expectancy of Dower in the said
premises have hereunto set their hands and seals this fifteenth day of December
in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two

Be it remembered That on this fifteenth day of December in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two before me the
subscriber personally came Charles A. Miller and Matilda O. Miller his wife
and Archelaus V. Stewart and Catharine Stewart his wife the grantors in the
foregoing deed and acknowledged the signing and sealing thereof to be
their voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned And
the said Matilda O. Miller and Catharine H. Stewart wives of the said
Charles A. Miller and Archelaus V. Stewart being examined by me separate
and apart from their said Husbands and the contents of said deed being
by me made known and explained to them as the Statute directs declared
that they did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same and
that they are still satisfied therewith as their act and deed for the uses
and purposes therein mentioned. In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto
