and I the said Letitia Jackson do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said Hattie L. Sanchez and Amelia
E. Taylor that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that I have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto them the said Hattie L.
Sanchez and Amelia E. Taylor and to their heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter

Alachua County   } R.W. Davis and W.W. Hampton as Surviving
partners of the firm of Thrasher Davis & Hampton of the aforesaid
State and County for and in consideration of the sum of Five
dollars to us cash in hand paid the receipt whereof we do
