South of the Rail Road limits off of Lot nineteen (19) according to the
survey of W.R. Cessna of Section twelve (12) in Township nine (9) Range
twenty (20) supposed to contain four (4) acres more or less and more particu-
larly described as being all of lot nineteen (19) lying South of Rail Road
limits same land as heretofore deed by Mary E. Furman and Charles D. Furman
to Leonard Bricker. To have and to hold the above granted bargained and
described premises together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the said
Leonard Bricker or heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute forever. And the said Leonard Bricker for Himself and for his heirs
executors administrators and assigns do covenant and agree to and with
the said Charles B. Pelton that he will and his heirs executors adminis-
trators and assigns shall forever warrant and defend the title to the
above described premises against all and every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming the same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal on this Eighteenth (18) day of November 
AD 1880

This Indenture made and entered into on this the Eighth day of June in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty Between the
Florida Land and Immigration Company a body corporate under the laws
of the State of Florida party of the first part and Joseph Green of the
County of Alachua State of Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of Sixty Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to it in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred conveyed and confirmed and
does by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer remise
release convey and confirm unto the said party of the second [PART SEC12 TWP9 R20]
