                    "Deed"
This Deed made this Fifteenth day of December AD 1882
Witnesseth that for the consideration of one Hundred and fifty
Dollars lawful money of the United States to me in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged I James E. Whaley
of Alachua County State of Florida by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto Oscar A. Myers of
the same state and county and his heirs and assigns
all the following described Tract or parcel of land situate
in the county of Alachua State of Florida to wit: Thirty
acres of land in the North West corner of the North
West Quarter of section Twenty-Six (26) Township
Nine (9) S. Range Nineteen E in a Block of six (6)
acres from East to West by five (5) acres from North
to South, together with all and singular the heredit
aments rights and appurtenances titles and interest there
unto in any wise appertaining: To have and to hold the
aforesaid tract & parcel of land and premises unto
the said Oscar A. Myers his heirs and assigns forever
in fee and by these presents I covenant to warrant and
defend the title to said premises unto the said O. A. Myers
his heirs and assigns against all persons whomsoever. In
witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal the day
and year first above written.
