Alachua County      }  This Indenture made the 18th day of
January AD 1883 between P.M. Oliver and Mrs. M.L. Oliver
of said State and County of the first part and
Charles J. Wingate of the county and state of Maine
of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Five Thousand ($5000.00) dollars to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bar-
gain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: Beginning at the point where the
Northern boundary line of the D. L. Clinch Grant crosses the
line dividing Section seven (7) and Eight (8) in Township Ten (10)
South Range Twenty (20) East. Run south four & a quarter
degrees West along the line of Porter and Cessna's land
four 31/100 Chains Thence North Eighty five and a quarter degrees
West Eleven 43/100 chains along the line of Porter and Cessna's
land to the western boundary line of said "Clinch Grant"
thence North four and three quarters degrees East four 31/100
chains to the Northwest corner of said Grant thence continu-
ing in the same direction along the line of J.B. Wisters
land to the Transit Railroad & Thence in a North Easterly
direction along the line of said Railroad to the Northwest
corner of F.P. Chamberlains land thence south along the line
of said Chamberlain's land Nine 15/100 chains to the northern
boundary line of said Clinch Grant the same being the
southern boundary line of said Chamberlains land Five
40/100 chains to the point of beginning containing nine (9) acres
