   F.P. Chamberlain to Charles J. Wingate
                    "Deed"
State of Florida    }
Alachua County      }  Know all men by these
presents that we F.P Chamberlain and Mrs.
E.C. Chamberlain of the aforesaid county and
state for and in consideration of the sum
of nineteen hundred and fifty dollars to us in
hand paid by Charles J. Wingate of the County of
___ in the State of Maine the receipt whereof we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
and sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto him
the said Charles J. Wingate all of that certain
lot piece Tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the county of Alachua in the State of Florida,
particularly known and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at the point where the eastern boundary
line of section seven (7) in township Ten (10) South
Range (20) Twenty East crosses the southern limit
of the right of way of the Florida Transit Railroad
and running thence south along said section line
thirteen (13) chains and Fifteen (15) links to the northern
boundary line of the Clinch Grant. Thence North
Eighty five and a half degrees West. Five (5) chains
and Fifteen (15) links to the southern limit of
the right of way of said Railroad Thence
in a northeasterly along the line of said Right of Way
of said Railroad to the point of beginning contain [PART SEC7 TWP10 R20]
