This Indenture made and entered into this 1st day of December AD 1877
between Julia Cessna and W.K. Cessna her husband Annie L. Barton
and D.W.L. Barton her husband Franklin Johnson and Sarah S. Johnson
his wife and Agnes M. Miller and C.R. Miller her husband all of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first part and J.P.
Dromgoole of the same County and State aforesaid party of the second
part Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Seven hundred and two dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents do give grant bargain sell and convey unto 
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain piece or parcel of land situate and lying in
