follows viz: commencing at the South West corner of said section
twenty two (22) R10 S R19 E and running thence East twelve chains and
Sixty links to a Stake at the corner of Cicero Nichols land and the South
West corner of Geo H. Sutherlands land thence North along the dividing line
between said Cicero Nichols and Geo H. Sutherland thirty chains
to a Stake at the South West Corner of R.D. Stinson land thence East ten
chains to a Stake at the South East Corner of the said R.D. Stinsons land
the point of beginning, thence East twenty Six chains and fifty links
to a Stake at the South West Corner of Blacks land thence thirty chains
to the margin of the A.G. & W.I.T. Companys Railroad thence South Westerly
alond said Rail Road thirty one chains and fifty links to a Stake at
the North East corner of R.D. Stinsons land & thence South along the East
line of the Said R.D. Stinsons land fourteen chains to a Stake the
point of beginning containing fifty Eight 50/100 acres more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining the said Julia Cessna and W.K.
Cessna conveying an undivided one third interest or part, the said Annie
L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton an undivided one Sixth interest the said Franklin
Johnson and Sarah S. Johnson an undivided one third part and the said Agnes
M. Miller and C.R. Miller an undivided one Sixth interest or part as
also all the estate right title interest Dower Separate estate possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances To have and to hold the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit and
behoof forever And the said parties of the first part for themselves and
their heirs executors and administrators do covenant promise and agree with
the said party of the second part heir heirs and assigns that the said
parties of the first part were lawfully seized in fee simple absolute of a
good and lawful estate of inheritance and that they had good right to
sell the same with the appurtenances thereto belonging in manner and form
aforesaid. And the said parties of the first part for themselves & their heirs
the above described and hereby granted and conveyed premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part his heirs or assigns against all and every person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and will forever
warrant and defend. In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and seals this 1 day of Jany 1878
