State of Florida } Be it remembered that on this 1st day of January AD 1878
Alachua County } personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace in and
for the County and State aforesaid Sarah S. Johnson wife of Franklin Johnson
grantor in the foregoing deed of conveyance who upon examination by me
had and held separate and apart from her said husband Franklin
Johnson grantor aforesaid acknowledged that she did make sign and
execute the aforesaid deed of conveyance for the express purpose of
relinquishing her Dower and right of dower in and to the landed
property therein described and conveyed and that such execution
was her free and voluntary act uncontrolled by any fear compulsion
constraint or favor of or from her said husband.

Alachua County } Before me W.F. Rice a Justice of the Peace in and
for the county aforesaid personally came Julia Cessna wife of W.K.
Cessna Annie L. Barton wife of D. W. L. Barton and Agnes M. Miller
wife of C.R. Miller grantors in the foregoing Deed of conveyance
who upon examination had and held by me separate and apart
from their respective husbands acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance for the express purpose of conveying
their separate property in the lands therein described and conveyed
and as set forth in said deed and that such execution was their
free and voluntary act uncontroled by any fear compulsion
constraint or favor of or from their said husbands

Alachua County } Franklin Johnson and C.R. Miller all to me well
known who upon examination acknowledged that they executed the
foregoing Deed of Conveyance the said W.K. Cessna D. W. L. Barton
and C. R. Miller for the purpose of approving the action of
their respective wives in the premises and the said Franklin
Johnson for the purpose of conveying the lands therein described
to the said party of the second part as therein expressed
