     J.P. Dromgoole and Wife to B.F. Johnson
                        "Deed"
State of Georgia  }  This Indenture made the 29 day of January AD 1883
Fulton County     }  between J.P. Dromgoole and Mary T. Dromgoole of the State
of Georgia county of Fulton the first part and B.F. Johnson of Montreal
Canada B.P. of the second part Witnesseth: That the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred dollars to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land situated lying and
being in the county of Alachua in the state of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: In Section Twenty two (22) Township Ten
(10) South Range Nineteen (19) East Beginning at a point which is located as
follows Starting at the South West corner of said Section and running
thence East Twelve (12) chains and Sixty (60) links thence North Thirty (30) chains
Thence East Ten (10) to a stake at the S. E. Cor. of the RD Stinson land which
is Starting point and South West corner of land hereby conveyed and running
thence East Fifty Six (56) chains and fifty (50) links to the Margin of the Transit
Rail Road thence in a Southwesterly direction along said Rail Road Thirty
one (31) chains and Fifty (50) links To the North East corner of RD Stinson's land
thence South Fourteen (14) chains to the point of beginning containing by
estimation Fifty eight 50/100 acres of land more or less. Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and To Hold the same unto
him the said party of the second part and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple and absolute and the said parties of the first part do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part that
they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that they have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever
and that they will and their heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same. in Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first
above written.

Fulton County     }  Before me personally appeared Mrs. Mary T. Dromgoole wife
of J.P. Dromgoole the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said [PART SEC22 TWP 10 R19]
