State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That We Wm M. Knox & his
Florida County } wife of Mattie F. Knox of the aforesaid county and State for
and in consideration of the sum of one Hundred & Fifty dollars to us in hand paid
by Woodruff Morris & Co & C.S. Parson & Son of the County of ___ in the State of
New York the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto them the said Woodruff Morrison & Co & C.S. Parsons & Son
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in
the county of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: one Store Lot Situated being and lying in the Town
of Micanopy State and County aforesaid and described as follows to wit:
bounded on the North by lot owned by W.M. Avant on the West by main Street
on the South by lot owned by F.W. Fontaine on the East by lands owned by E.D.
Barnett and Wm M Knox said described property Containing Eighty feet front
and one hundred & fifty feet back more or less being a part of Section (26) in

hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
