persons described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance
and acknowledged that they executed the same for the purposes therein

"Deed"
This Indenture made this the fourth day of June in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty one Between Union F Tillis
of the County of Columbia and State of Florida party of the first part
and Thomas B Tillis of the same County and State party of the second
part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred and twenty five Dollars to him in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
bargained sold released granted conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents doth bargain sell release grant convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain tract or parcel of land lying situate and being in Alachua County
in the State of Florida Known and designated in the Public Surveys as
the South West quarter of the North West quarter and the South West
quarter of the North East quarter and the North East quarter of the
South West quarter and the North West quarter of the South East
quarter and the South West quarter of the South East quarter of
Section twenty five in Township Eight South of Range twenty one
East containing two hundred acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and all the estate right title
interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in Equity of the said party of the first part in and to the above
described premises and every part and parcel thereof; To Have and to
hold the above granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever And the said party of the first part for himself his heirs
executors and administrators do hereby covenant with the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns that at the time
of the delivery hereof the said party of the first part is the
lawful owner of the premises above granted and seized thereof
in fee simple absolute that they are free from all encumbrances
