husband of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration
of the sum of Forty dollars to them in hand paid by Mrs Silva
Gardner of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the
receipt whereof We do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold and conveyed unto her the said Mrs Silva Gardner all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: Lot
Number Fourteen (No 14) Block number five (No 5) Brannings
Second Addition to the Town of Waldo containing by estimation
100 ft square more or less. Together with all and singular the
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the 
same unto her the said Silva Gardner in her own separate 
right and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple and absolute and we the said Virginia A. Branning
and D.L. Branning do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Silva Gardner that we lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and conved the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto her the said Mrs Silva Gardner and to her heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals
on this 26th day of October AD 1881

Alachua County   } I hereby certify that on this 26th day of October
AD 1881 before me personally appeared Mrs. Virginia A. Branning
wife D.L. Branning the grantor in the foregoing conveyance 
who being first duly questioned and examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband says and 
acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and conveying all of her separate
right in and to the land in said deed described and
that said relinquishment and conveyance was done and made
by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
