AD 1867 and that he has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all incumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description created by himself and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described prem-
ises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by through
or under them the said parties of the first part In Testim-
ony whereof the said parties of the first part have
hereunto affixed their hand and seal this the day and

severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing
deed and I further certify that the said Margaret
B. Eason being at the time separate and apart from
her said husband did acknowledge under her hand
and seal that she executed the foregoing deed of con-
veyance to Joseph Jones and that she joined in the said
deed for the purpose of relinquishment and renounciation
of dower was and is made fully and voluntarily and
without any compulsion or constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her husband the said James M. Eason Witness

This Indenture made the 30th day of April AD
One Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty one
between Chas S. McDowell of the Borough of Blairs-
ville County of Indiana and State of Pennsylvania
and Samuel Dixon Guardian legally appointed by
the Orphans Court of Indiana County Pennsylvania of the
person and estate of Albert L. McDowell of the Borough
County and State aforesaid parties of the first part
and Joseph Jones of the town of Waldo Alachua
County State of Florida party of the second part
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
