           "Deed"
This conveyance made this fifth day of February in
the year one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty three
between Robert G. Cole of the county of Putnam in the
State of Florida sole executor of the last will and 
testament of Archibald H Cole late of said county and
state deceased of the first part and C.J. Morrison of the
county of Alachua and State aforesaid of the second
part witnesseth that the said party of the first part by
virtue of the power and authority to him given in
and by the said last will and testament and in con-
sideration of the sum of Twenty Eight hundred and
fifty collars to him paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted bargained sold aliened remised conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all those certain lots tracts or parcels of land
situate lying and being in the county of Alachua and
State of Florida and better known and described on
the Land Maps of said county as follows to wit: The
North west quarter (N.W. 1/4) of the North East quarter (N.E. 1/4)
of section Thirty six (Sec 36) Township Ten (Tw 10) Range
Twenty Two (R 22 E) east containing Forty acres and
thirty six hundredths of an acre (40 36/100 acres) more or
less: and the west half (W 1/2) of the south west quarter
(SW 1/4) of section thirty six (Sec 36) Township
Ten (Tw 10) Range Twenty Two (R 22 E) east con-
taining Eighty acres and seventy three hundredths of
an acre (80 73/100 acres) more or less and the west half
of the north west quarter (W 1/2 of NW 1/4) of section one
(Sec 1) township eleven (Tw 11) Range twenty two (R 22 E)
east containing seventy nine acres and nine one
hundredths of an acre (79 09/100 acres) more or less
Together with all and singular the tenements heredita-
ments and appurtenances hereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders, rents, issues, and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
both in law and in equity which the said testator
had in his lifetime and at the time of his disease
and which the said party of the first part has
by virtue of the said last will and testament or
otherwise of in and to the above granted premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
