lying in Alachua County Florida known by the follow-
ing survey begin sixty six .66. rods East of the
SW Cor of S 27 T 10 R 22 run North Eighty .80. rods
thence East Twenty (20) rods thence South Eighty (80)
rods thence West Twenty (20) rods to starting point
to me in hand paid before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the sum of One Hundred and Twenty
dollars a receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged &
I will forever warrant and defend the same this
