may concern that Alvania A. Barnett & Mattie F. Knox to me well known
as the wifes of E.D. Barnett & Wm M. Knox and one of the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance did this day to me on a
separate and private examination before me taken and made separately and
apart from their said husbands acknowledge and declare that they made
themselves a party to and executed the same for the purpose of relinquishing their
right of Dower in and to the lands in said conveyance described and granted
and that they freely and voluntarily and without any constraint
apprehension fear or compulsion from their said husbands the said E.D.

  Charles A. Miller et al to Jennie B. Merchant
                             "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that Charles A. Miller and Matilda O. Miller his
wife and Archelaus V. Stewart and Catharine H. Stewart his wife
of Cincinnati Hamilton County Ohio in consideration of One hundred
dollars to them paid by Jennie B. Merchant the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged do hereby grant Bargain sell and convey to the said
Jennie B. Merchant her heirs and assigns forever the following described
real estate viz lot number five (5) of the Miller and Stewarts subdivision
of the south East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty
seven (27) Township Eight (8) South of Range twenty one (21) East in the
County of Alachua and in the State of Florida as recorded in deed Book
N page 736 of the public records of said county and containing ten
(10) acres of land be the same more or less and all the Estate Title
and interest of the said Charles A. Miller and Matilda O. Miller
