                        "Deed"
This Indenture made the 29th day of January 1883, between
E. P. Pratt and his wife Mary W. Pratt (in right of the said
Mary W. Pratt) of the county of Scioto and State of Ohio
of the first part and Laura G. French of Gainesville
County of Alachua State of Florida of the second
part witnesseth that the parties of the first part (in
right of the said Mary A. Pratt as aforesaid) In
consideration of the sum of one hundred and Twenty
dollars to them duly paid have bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
to the said party of the second part and to her heirs and
assigns forever all the following described lands and
real estate with the appurtenances vze. that certain
piece tract or parcel of land situate and being in
said county of Alachua and State of Florida and
bounded and described as follows vze commencing
at the South east corner of Lot Sixty of the
Leitner Lands running thence West along the South 
east boundary of said lot to the South West cor-
ner thereof thence Northward five chains and seventy
