ing fifteen acres of land and water more or less situated
lying and being in the said county of Alachua and
State of Florida and located in the above described part of
that lot which is designated upon a map or plat of the Leitner
Land as they are popularly known as lot sixty said map
or plot having been made and drawn by W.C. Miller and
recorded August 29th 1877 on page 645 of Deed Book "J" of the
records in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida To have and
to hold the said land and real estate with the appurtenances
to her the said Laura G. French and her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple forever
with all the estate right title and interest of the said
parties of the first part therein and the said E.P. Pratt
and Mary W. Pratt (in right of the said Mary M Pratt
as aforesaid) do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said party of the second part and her heirs and
assigns that at the time of making this conveyance
she the said Mary A. Pratt is the lawful owner in her
own right of the premises above granted and seized
of a good and indefeasible estate of inheritance therein
and that they are free and clear of all encumbrances what
soever and that no one else has any lawful right or
title to said premises or any part thereof and the above
granted premises in the quiet and peaceful possession
of the said party of the second part her heirs against
every person whomsoever will warrant and forever
defend. In witness whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
and year first above written

the judges of the Court of Common Pleas for the
Seventh Judicial district of said State of Ohio
do hereby certify that E.P. Pratt and Mary W. Pratt
this 29th day of January 1883 appeared before me
and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the
above and foregoing instrument to be their vol-
untary act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and I further certify that the
said Mary W. Pratt to me well known as the
wife of the said E.P. Pratt and as one of the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing
