deed of conveyance did this day to me on a
separate and private examination before me taken
and made separately and apart from her said
husband acknowledge and declare that she made
herself a party to and executed the same for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing renouncing and
conveying all her right of dower and homestead
and all other right title and interest in and
to the lands in said conveyance described and
granted and that she executed the same freely
and voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension
fear or compulsion of or from her said husband
and that she is still satisfied therewith and I
further certify that said Court of Common Pleas of
which I am one of the judges of equal rank of any
other Judge of said court is a court of record of
said State having a seal to attest its proceedings
and a clerk authorized to use the same in
certificates as such clerk and that the acknowled
gement of the said E.P. Pratt and Mary W. Pratt here
now certified by me was taken at the city of Ports-
mouth in said county of Scioto and state of Ohio which
said place is within the jurisdiction of said Court
of Common Pleas of which I am Judge as aforesaid
and I further certify that there is no commissioner
appointed under the laws of the state of Florida author-
ized to take the acknowledgement of deed or other
conveyances of real estate resident of or now within
either said city of Portsmouth or county of Scioto
