that Mary Ann Johnson to me well known as the wife
of James K Johnson and as one of the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance did this
day to me on a separate and private examination before me
taken and made separately and apart from her said husband
acknowledged and declared that she made herself a party to
and executed the same for the purpose of relinquishing her dower
and all right title or interest whatsoever in and to the
lands in said conveyance described and granted and
that she did same freely and voluntarily and with out any
constraint apprehension fear or compulsion from her
said husband the said James K. Johnson Witness my
hand and seal at Archer this first day of January

Alachua County      }  This indenture made this the
fifth day of February AD 1883 between Wm Henry
Sanders of the county of Alachua and state of
Florida and his wife Izabella Susan Sanders who
joines her husband in this conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing her dower in the lands herein
after described parties of the first part and
Robt. B. Weeks of the county of Alachua State of
Florida of the second part witnesseth that for and
in consideration of the sum of ninety ($90) dollars
to the parties of the first part paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
