  E C Bailey to Abner Slallins
           "Deed"
State of Florida   }
Alachua County     }  Know all men by these presents
that I Elly C. Bailey Batchelor of the aforesaid
county and state for and in consideration of the
sum of Eighty one dollars ($81.00) dollars to him in
hand paid by Abner Slallins of the county of
Alachua in the state of Florida the receipt whereof he
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by the presents to grant bargain
sell and convey unto him the said Abner Slallins
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the county of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and
described as follows to wit: From the South East
corner of the North half of the North west quarter
of Sec 29 Tp 9S R 20E West ten chains (10.00) to
the place of beginning thence West nine chains
(9.00) to a stake thence North twelve chains and
fifty links to Hogtown Creek thence up the
run of said creek to a stake placed due North
of the place of beginning. Thence South Eight
chains and seventy five links to the place of
beginning containing nine acres more or less all
in the Section Township and Range aforesaid and
in the county of Alachua state of Florida

containing by estimation 9 acres of land more or less togeth
er with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belong or in anywise appertaining
to have and to hold the same unto him the said
Abner Stallins and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute and he the said
Elly C. Bailey do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Abner Slallins that he is lawfully seized in fee
of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the
same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that he will and his heirs executors
and administrators shall and will forever warrant
and defend the same unto him the said Abner
