that on this day the foregoing deed was produced to me in my office
and was acknowledged and delivered by David Gibbons a party thereto to be his act
and deed and said deed being explained by me to Margaret Gibbons separate
and apart from her husband (David Gibbons) She thereupon declared that
she did acknowledge and deliver the same to be her free and voluntary act
and deed without the threats or compulsion of her said husband and
she consented that the same may be recorded In Witness Whereof I Geo H.

Robert Doak to George Minnich
         Deed
State of Florida    }   Know all men by these presents That I Robert Doak and
Alachua County      }   Jenny Doak his wife of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the sum of four thousand dollars to them in hand paid
by George Minnich of the County of Pulaski in the State of Illinois the receipt
whereof they do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the
said George Minnich all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: The South East
fourth of the South East quarter of Section Eleven (11) in Township
eight (8) South Range twenty one (21) East also the North West fourth
of the South West fourth of the South West quarter of Section Twelve (12)
in Township Eight South Range Twenty One (21) East (NW qr of SW qr of SW qr
of sect 21 T 8 R 21E) containing in all fifty acres more or less
containing by Estimation fifty acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining To Have and Hold the same
unto him the said George Minnich and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and they
the said Robert Doak and Jenny Doak do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said George Minnich that they are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that the
same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
George Minnich and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
