that she made herself a party to and executed the same for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing renouncing granting and conveying all her estate

This Indenture made & Entered into on this fifth day of February A.D. Eighteen hundred
& Eighty one between Alexander Goodson & Cecelia Goodson wife of the said Alexander
Goodson of Alachua County Ohio party of the Second part Witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Four hundred and Eighty dollars ($48000) to them in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at or before the ensealing & delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given granted aliened
bargained sold remised relinquished & conveyed and by these presents do give
grant alien bargain Sell release convey & confirm unto the said party of
the Second part & his heirs all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
