   Edwin Sandys Dawes et al Trustees to W.F. Caraway
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made the Thirteenth day of December in the year of our 
Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty two Between Edwin
Sandys Dawes George Augustus Thompson and Anthony Norris of London 
England Trustees of the Florida Land and Colonization Company limited,
incorporated under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1880 and whos registered 
office is situate at 13, Austin Friars London E.C. England parties of the first 
part and W.F Caraway of the second part Witnesseth That the said 
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three
Hundred and fifty Dollars lawful money to them in hand paid by the 
said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery 
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted 
bargained sold remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these 
presents do grant bargain sell remise release convey and confirm unto the Said 
party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that Certain 
piece or parcel of ground described as follows Beginning at the North West Corner
of the South West Quarter of the North East quarter of Section Seven (7)
Township Eleven (11) South Range Twenty two (22) East and running
thence South Ten (10) chains thence West Twenty (20) chains thence South
twenty (20) chains Thence East twenty (20) chains thence North
Ten (10) chains thence East twenty (20) chains thence North Twenty (20)
chains and thence West twenty (20) chains to point of beginning Being
the South West quarter of the North East quarter and the South half of
the South East quarter of the North West quarter and the North half of
the North East Quarter of the South Quarter of Section Seven (7) Township
Eleven (11) South Range twenty two (22) East Being and Situate in
Alachua County State of Florida containing Eighty (80) acres of land and
water more or less Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging 
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder 
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the estate 
right title interest property possession claim and demand whatsoever 
as well in law as in Equity of the said parties of the first part of in and 
to the above described premises and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances. To Have and to Hold all and singular the 
above mentioned and described premises together with the appurtenances 
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever And 
the said parties of the first part for themselves and their successors as 
Trustees as aforesaid binding themselves only to the extent of their first
property held by them under warranty and dated December twenty eighth
AD one thousand eight hundred and eighty executed by them by Henry
